Woke up this morning to hear of the passing of Mac Davis.  If you’re an Elvis fan you’ve heard some of the songs he’s written, of course he had a variety show in the 70’s, and a solo career.  For some reason this is the Mac Davis song that always stood out for me, one of those songs that you can’t take seriously but can’t seem to ignore.  So thanks Mac, and it IS hard to be humble!
