I had the whitest weekend ever.

First it started off with the rodeo.

Then is was the NASCAR ride at the fair.

Then a heavy metal concert where the band didn’t use sleeves.

And I wrapped it all up with fly fishing, of course.  I’m surprised John Mayer didn’t show up.

I’m basically one horseshoe pit away from moving into a trailer park.  After your 2nd event in 24 hours that serves corn dogs, you really start to reevaluate your life’s choices up to that point.

So this week on Name That Movie I’ll showcase movies that show positive African-American role models as the lead character.  So far I’ve played clips from Shaft & Blazing Saddles.  The prize?  Tickets to the fair…
